We are currently hiring Kitchen Managers / Kitchen Servant Heart Leaders. You are the “Leader of Great Food” fulfilling our commitments to Great Food and supporting Our Heart of the House Teammates. The Kitchen Servant Heart Leader sets the pace of the shift, while coaching and teaching Our Teammates in the Heart of the House.

Your responsibilities include:

• Thorough and Complete Line Checks

• Engaged Coaching and Teaching of Our Teammates

• Maintaining our standard of Always Run Low, Never Run Out.

• Train and develop Our Teammates through proper coaching and teaching
