We are currently hiring General Managers. The General Manager (GM) is a leading member of the Servant Heart Leadership Team of MISSION BBQ.  You are the “Head Coach” Leading Our Teammates and building Loyal Long Term Relationships with all of Our People. Your Dedication and Passion create and maintain a positive MISSION BBQ Culture in your restaurant. YOU are a role model and mentor to all Our Teammates. YOU are people first, people focused while executing Our Fundamental Disciplines.

General Manager responsibilities include
